The first day back for teachers had arrived!
We had planned our new school year kick off,
I was at school at 6:30a.m. to help some of our staff members get the breakfast set up. Here I am with a cart full of pastries and juice.

Teachers watched the story of the
Backwards Bicycle and participated in the
Marshmallow Challenge as reminders of the importance of allowing students opportunities to fail in the learning process and the importance of working together. Overall it seemed a positive start to the new year.
